We run two payrolls per week as standard. Your recruiter will confirm the pay details for the assignment and what is needed for pay to be processed.

Most roles can be PAYE or umbrella at your preference, although some assignments may be PAYE only. We will confirm the available options before you accept a booking.

Checks depend on the role and setting, but typically include identity, right to work, references, registration checks (where required), and DBS requirements where applicable. Our compliance team will guide you through what is needed.

Timesheets vary by client. Some use online portals and some use paper timesheets. We will confirm the process for your placement and provide guidance if you are new to the system.

Yes. We have a dedicated 24/7 on-call team to support you when you are working out of hours.
